Before going into the next description of our award winning software I would like to say “Welcome Aboard!” to Emporia (Kansas) COC, Mission (Texas) COC, Weslaco (Texas) COC, Borger (Texas) COC and Randolph Metro (Texas) COC.  We are pleased to have added these Chambers to our ever growing list of satisfied Chamber clients!

Anyone that has taken a moment to review our reMEMBER Chamber software application can attest to the fact that is truly an intuitive, easy to use application.  As your Chamber grows reMEMBER will actually alleviate the need to add more staff to manage your Chamber.  A comment we hear from many of our users is “It’s like adding another staff person considering how much time it saves us!”

reMEMBER not only provides a very thorough Membership module but also an excellent, tightly integrated, Events module.  With this module you can schedule and manage events of any size and easily invoice all participants whether they are members in your community or non-members visiting from across the country.  The Events module will assist you in outlining and managing every detail of your event from participant lists and costs to vendor and volunteer tracking and participation. 

And with our latest release getting the word out about your events is a snap.  You can now use group mail to notify and update all members, non-members, vendors and volunteers maintained in the reMEMBER database.  With our group mail you simply identify the contacts preferred mailing method (email, fax or print) and the software takes over from there.  Create your letter and click the send button and reMEMBER will automatically send out the emails, initiate the fax session and send any faxes, print any hardcopy requests and then print mailing labels as well!
