       Group Mail - This feature allows you to automatically email, fax and/or print all your written correspondence to your members.  No longer do you need to export or maintain a second file for your fax software and a third file for email.  It is all managed and maintained within reMEMBER.

       Tiered Fees – The reMEMBER development team studied the NAMD’s Fee Structure publication and designed a very user-friendly process that allows you to manage multilevel fees.  And in the future when you decide to do an increase in dues it is a simple and quick change in one window that then carries forward to all members in the database. 

       Non-member Tracking – If your chamber has large events or festivals that draw people from outside your community reMEMBER allows you to maintain demographic information on these individuals.  You can invoice them if needed and at the same time be building your mailing list to be used the next time this event occurs.

       Vendor Tracking – reMEMBER also keeps up with all your vendors and allows you to maintain ranking and participation levels on each vendor.  Now you will always know whom to call first when planning your future events.  And the real beauty is that Non-member Tracking and Vendor Tracking look and work exactly like your Membership tracking windows.  You know one and you know them all!

       Mailing Label Adjustment – How often have you wasted a partially used sheet of labels because your software always makes you start at the top left label?  In reMEMBER you are presented with a label report window and you simply double click where you want the printer to start printing.  Based on where you double click the labels are shifted down and will begin printing where you selected.
